Peach Pie

Made by Kim.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons corn starch
  • ½ cup water

Mix with two large, mashed peaches. Cook for 5 minutes, until thickened.

Add:

  • ½ teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 2 Tablespoons butter

In baked pie shell add:

  • 3 large sliced peaches

Pour mixture over peaches. Top with whipped cream.
