Cheesy Potatoes w/ Sausage


Recipe from Val Gardner with some alterations
Ingredients:
  • 1-26 oz. bag frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • (I added sausage to mine)

Directions:

  1. Mix everything together and pour in a 9x13 pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
