Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1 TBS chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lb whole fresh mushrooms, stems removed

Directions:

1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, stir in the bacon, onion and garlic powder.

2. Spoon into mushroom caps.

3. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 4-6 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
